Prelaunch notice. A legally reviewed privacy policy and approved retention schedule are required before commercial enrollment opens.

Information used for learning

The Academy foundation stores account identifiers, organization membership, enrollment, lesson progress, assessments, assignment reviews, and completion records. Training requests include the information you submit for review.

Access & payments

Learner records are limited to the learner and authorized training personnel. Organization managers can review records within their authorized organization. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the Academy.

Communications & analytics

Optional program-update consent is separate from a training request. This preview does not run advertising trackers or automatically send marketing messages.

Restricted information

Do not submit emergency-call recordings, restricted operational data, or sensitive personal information. A privacy contact and request-handling procedure must be published before launch.
