Are courses open for purchase?
Program pages show current availability. A program in development is not open for purchase. Reviewed delivery details and approved prices must be available before individual checkout opens.
How does organization enrollment work?
Submit a training request with your team size and procurement needs. Authorized managers receive access after a reviewed agreement and verified licensing.
What does course completion require?
Complete every required lesson, meet the knowledge-assessment passing score, and receive instructor approval for the practical assignment.
Is this accredited certification?
No. Certificates document completion of a SheerForce Academy course. They do not imply accreditation, continuing-education credit, or agency approval.
Where do purchased courses appear?
Sign in with your verified account and open My learning. Courses appear after payment verification or an organization seat assignment.
Can I submit operational recordings or employee records?
Use synthetic examples. Do not submit production emergency-call recordings, restricted operational material, or personal employee information.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
Commercial terms must be provided before purchase or in the organization agreement. A request does not automatically confirm a refund. Contact the enrollment team through your authenticated training request.
